Ribbons and Poppies Consulting, LLC consists of Catherine (Cat) Bartrug, her son Channing Bartrug and her mom Lynn Tucker (all pictured here). Our business began with the three of us helping our own family Veterans (see below) file their disability claims successfully. As friends and co-workers came to us for help, we needed a way to account for the small token we took in so that we could continue to help other Veterans in need. We are not in this to make money off the backs of our Veterans; they've already paid the price - this is our way to say Thank You. 

Our business evolved because we already had careers in other fields that were similar in nature, so it just made sense to offer those services as well.  Cat is a Notary Public with an accounting background both in the private and public sectors. Lynn has been in the medical industry for many years, aced her classes when in college, and likes researching the medical field. Channing is just beginning his medical career and is a senior at a Bio-Medical high school with plans to attend WSU next fall with microbiology as a major and genetics/virology as his minors and enjoys the research aspect of our work.
